Senior Fund Accountant

Role Overview: We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant with strong Private Equity Fund Accounting experience to join a growing and collaborative finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast - paced  investment environment and enjoys working cross - functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly close and quarter-end financial reporting for multiple investment fund entities • Prepare financial statements, investor capital activity reports, fund performance metrics, and IRR calculations • Record and review general ledger transactions, including complex multi-entity allocation journal entries • Prepare and review account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and capital allocation schedules • Support investment and debt reporting, cash management activities, and treasury-related processes • Assist with management fee calculations, financial covenant reporting, tax reporting support, and investor reporting requests • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve financial reporting discrepancies • Prepare audit schedules and work closely with external auditors during annual audits
What We Are Looking For: Requirements – Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA qualified (USA) • 4+ years of accounting experience within Private Equity, Investment Funds, or Alternative Investments • Strong understanding of fund accounting, financial reporting, and multi-entity accounting structures • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, and financial analysis functions • Experience preparing consolidated and combined financial statements • Knowledge of intercompany accounting and multi-ledger environments • Experience with Yardi or similar accounting/financial reporting systems is preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience using Yardi or other accounting GL and financial reporting systems. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently. • Exceptionally process- and detail-oriented. • Flexible and able to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities. • Team-oriented, able to share information, goals, opportunities, successes, and challenges with the appropriate parties. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of our investors', partners', and internal affairs.
