Deine Aufgaben:

- Bearbeitung der laufenden Kreditorenbuchhaltung

- Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen
- Pflege und Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten sowie Klärung offener Posten
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie definierter Buchhaltungsprozesse
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA
- Mitarbeit in Projekten im Rechnungswesen, z. B. im Bereich E-Invoicing, elektronische Rechnungsverarbeitung und Automatisierung

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium , idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Betriebswirtschaft, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position im Rechnungswesen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System; Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA sind von Vorteil
- Gutes   Kommunikationsvermögen   in Wort und Schrift, auch auf Englisch
