📍 Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (Training at Blaine location)

🕓 Hours: 20+ hours/week | Includes weekends and some evenings

Stone Mountain Pet Lodge, the North Metro’s premier pet-care destination, is hiring Customer Service & Inside Sales Specialists Reservation Specialists to join our Customer Service team. You’ll combine warm customer service with consultative inside-sales skills to help pet owners book lodging, daycare, and grooming while recommending activity packages that ensure a great experience for every pet.

What You’ll Do

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from new and existing customers

- Follow a consultative inside-sales process to recommend upgrades and activity packages

- Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations accurately and efficiently

- Provide friendly, professional communication with customers and teammates

- Achieve individual and team sales goals

What You’ll Bring

- 1-2 years of inside-sales, call-center/customer-service experience

- Confident, persuasive communication style

- Ability to meet goals while maintaining excellent service

- Strong computer and multitasking skills
