Position Summary:
If you are experienced, or wanting to learn to become a top Dealer and "Blow the Guest Away" with your table games experience and outstanding guest service we have the following available:
- Free, unpaid training school.
- Various shifts available for training.
- Swing or Grave shift available, after graduation.
- Base Hourly Rate, Plus Tips
Job Duties:
- Promote superior guest service.
- Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
- Deal various Table Games: Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and Novelties.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of casino security processes and Title 31.
