About this role
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to working with a self-directed, independent team to (1) oversee the movement of raw material feed in both production and delivery of ships; (2) operate plant production equipment; (3) retrieving and testing material for the quality of material during production and shipments; (4) operates mobile equipment including front-end loader, forklift, skid loader, manlift, and scissor lift; (5) minor maintenance on equipment and mobile equipment; (6) complete reporting for environmental (IDEM) and safety (MSHA); (7) participates in daily communication with teams to complete daily tasks and other duties as assigned. This position requires a schedule of rotating 12-hour shifts in an operating facility that operates 365 days a year.
