Green Front Furniture, a destination for unique and high-quality furniture, is seeking a Sales Customer Experience Associate to join our Farmville team. This flexible, floater position supports sales teams across multiple showroom buildings, helping customers navigate selections and ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable, and seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Support sales teams across multiple showroom buildings based on business and customer needs.

- Welcome and engage customers, helping them identify furniture that fits their style, space, and needs.

- Provide knowledgeable, attentive service throughout the customer experience.

- Manage multiple customer and team priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Work independently while collaborating with sales team members to support company goals.

- Respond professionally to customer concerns and challenges, focusing on practical solutions and positive outcomes.

- Develop a strong understanding of Green Front products, services, and sales processes.

- Adapt quickly to different showroom environments, customer needs, and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

- Previous customer service, retail, or other customer-facing experience required; furniture or design-related sales experience is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine focus on customer service.

- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and showroom environments.

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and solving problems independently.

- Ability to work Saturdays and holidays as required.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with ERP and POS systems preferred.

- NetSuite experience is a plus.
