Career Land Center is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a Greek restaurant for Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership position.

- Proven experience working in a restaurant environment.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Greek cuisine is required.

- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.

- Experience supervising and motivating restaurant staff.

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.

- Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.

- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest service.

- Ensure Greek cuisine standards and recipes are consistently followed.

- Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational needs.

- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.

- Support staff training and development.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.

- Help achieve operational and customer-service goals throughout Riyadh Season.
