ECCO USA LLC is excited to hire Bilingual(Eng/Spanish) Call Center Sales Agents for our Home Warranty Sales Program supporting HomeServe! If you enjoy talking to people, making sales, and working in a fast-paced call center environment, this could be a great fit for you.

MUST HAVE CALL CENTER SALES EXPERIENCE AND MUST BE PROFICIANT WITH COMPUTER NAVIGATION.

📞 What You’ll Be Doing

- Making outbound calls to existing HomeServe customers

- Cross-selling and upselling HomeServe home protection products

- Educating customers on benefits, coverage, and savings

- Accurately documenting calls and sales

- Meeting quality and performance expectations

⏰ Schedule

- Paid Training: 1 week 10a-630p

- After Training: 10a-630p

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Call center and/or sales experience preferred

- Must be bilingual English & Spanish in speaking, reading and writing.

- Strong communication and customer engagement skills

- Comfortable with outbound sales calls

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Ability to work onsite in Sanford, FL

- Background check required
