Leads the strategic planning, prioritization, and delivery of complex digital products that drive meaningful business outcomes. Owns the end-to-end product lifecycle and partners closely with developers, analysts, UX designers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure products deliver measurable value, meet user needs, and align with County goals.
