Responsibilities
Location : Depending on business needs, this position may have the opportunity to be based out of another RBG Southeast facility.
Position Responsibilities:
- The Finance Manager supervises the financial planning and analysis activities of the organization and leads the development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets, business plans, and quarterly forecasts
- As a Finance Manager, you will work cross-functionally with the accounting organization to manage the preparation of accounts throughout the periodic close process and manage a small team of analysts to meet strategic priorities
- You will perform root cause analysis and partner with divisional leadership and other functional areas to drive proactive solutions through process and technology improvements
- You will enhance and develop new financial models and reports to improve existing financial plans or decision analyses and partner with the finance data team to continue the transformation of financial reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree or CPA
