Position Overview

The ICU Registered Nurse will care for critically ill patients who require advanced monitoring, specialized treatments, and rapid clinical intervention. House Float Registered Nurses will provide flexible support across various departments, helping ensure safe staffing levels and continuity of care throughout the facility.

Both roles offer the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative healthcare team while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans.
Respond effectively to emergent situations and changing patient needs.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a relevant unit.
Active Registered Nurse license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing patient care needs and work effectively in a team-based environment.

Schedule

Night shift
Multiple openings available within both the ICU and House Float Pool
