Shift: 1st Shift | Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $34 – $37/hour ($70,720 – $76,960 DOE)
Location: On-Site in Crest Hill, IL (Chemical Manufacturing & Distribution)

We are seeking a rock-solid, professional Warehouse Supervisor to drive excellence across our daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role manages warehouse staff, coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, maintains inventory integrity, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Working on the floor alongside a dedicated team, you will serve as the backbone of our distribution center—ensuring uncompromised safety, tight logistics coordination, and peak operational efficiency. How You Will Make an Impact
Supervise, train, schedule, and mentor a crew of 3–4 warehouse operators. Drive team accountability, conduct evaluations, and cultivate a culture rooted in high standards, continuous improvement, and mutual respect. Lead stock audits, cycle counts, real-time reconciliation, and documentation tracking. Maintain flawless precision for raw materials and finished goods within our Warehouse Management System (WMS) / ERP. Oversee daily dock activities, loading sequences, and receiving workflows. Serve as the professional face of our facility when communicating with freight drivers, carrier dispatchers, and internal department heads. Process Bills of Lading (BOLs), manifests, and receipts with meticulous attention to detail. Enforce rigorous OSHA standards, facility safety rules, chemical handling protocols, and facility cleanliness. Perform safety audits, manage equipment maintenance inspections, and lead by example on the floor. Evaluate storage density, staging areas, and movement to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce costs, and speed up order fulfillment.

What You Bring to the Team 3–6 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including 2+ years of direct supervisory experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. High personal standards, outstanding punctuality, strong communication skills, and clear problem-solving abilities under pressure. Certified and highly proficient in operating both sit-down and stand-up industrial forklifts. Strong proficiency with modern WMS/ERP platforms and standard MS Office / Excel tools. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, work comfortably in varying facility temperatures, and work flexible overtime when needed. Prior experience handling, storing, or managing chemical ingredients or hazardous materials is a strong plus.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $34.00 - $37.00 Per Hour
