Location: Carpentersville, IL
Shift: 3:20 PM – 11:50 PM (Monday – Friday)
Pay: $16/hr + Overtime Opportunities
Status: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

In this role, you will be trained to assemble sophisticated mechanical and electrical components used in global technology applications. The work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled, and modern facility where quality and attention to detail are the top priorities.

What You Will Do (Full Training Provided)

Precision Assembly: Learn to assemble intricate components using specialized hand tools and guided workstations.

Process Documentation: Follow detailed, step-by-step instructions to ensure every product meets high-level industry standards.

Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing on finished products.

Team Collaboration: Work within a structured production environment to meet daily output goals.
