Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient inventory control and product availability.

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of parts associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Manage parts ordering, receiving, and stocking procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive parts sales and profitability.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and service departments.

- Track and analyze parts inventory, minimizing discrepancies and maintaining optimal stock levels.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive parts department, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve goals.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proficient in computer systems and parts management software.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
