About this role

We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge proxy and web data scraping solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.

What’s in store for you:
You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:

- 6PB+ Ceph storage
- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
- 300k+ service requests/sec processed
- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

What you'll do:

- Design and build systems and solutions that scale effortlessly

- Write clean, tested, and documented code that delivers real business value

- Own the entire development cycle — from research and prototyping to deployment

- Deliver and review technical designs, code, and documentation

- Contribute to technical decision-making in an early-stage, fast-growing project

- Create, review, and maintain multiple microservices, optimizing them for performance and stability

Your skills & experiences:

- Deep knowledge of Golang

- Some experience with — or genuine interest in — other programming languages

- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases: how they work, how to write optimized queries, and how to debug them

- A firm belief in why automated tests can save the world

- Experience with (or strong curiosity about) real-time data processing and event streaming

- Passion for technology and a habit of constantly trying something new

- Hands-on experience with some of the technologies we use extensively: Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, Kafka, MySQL clusters, GitLab CI, Redis

- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change

- You value playful communication over corporate BS

Nice to have:

- Experience with DevOps practices (deployment pipelines, automation, etc.)

- A clue on how web scraping works

Salary & Benefits:

- Gross salary: 4000 - 6500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
