Clarity Locums are currently recruiting for Registered General Nurses (RGNs) for agency work within Urgent Care settings with clients in the Wexford area .

Duties

- Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care within an Urgent Care setting

- Assessing patients presenting with a range of acute and urgent healthcare needs

- Carrying out clinical observations and monitoring patients conditions

- Recognising and responding appropriately to changes in patients clinical presentation

- Administering medications and treatments safely and effectively

- Assisting with the assessment, treatment and management of patients

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in General Nursing and Active Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)

- Minimum 6 months post-registration nursing experience

- Previous experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Department, Acute Hospital, Medical/Surgical or similar settings is desirable

- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

- Experience recognising and responding to changes in patients clinical condition

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced clinical environment
