Clarity Locums are currently recruiting for Registered General Nurses (RGNs) for agency work within Community Nursing settings with clients in the Kilkenny area .

Duties
- Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care within a community setting
- Assessing and monitoring patients in their own homes and community settings across Kilkenny
- Carrying out clinical observations and monitoring patients conditions
- Recognising and responding appropriately to changes in patients clinical presentation
- Administering medications and treatments safely and effectively
- Supporting patients with ongoing healthcare needs and care plans
- Liaising with GPs, community healthcare teams and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in General Nursing and Active Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Minimum 6 months post-registration nursing experience
- Previous Community Nursing experience is desirable
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Experience recognising and responding to changes in patients clinical condition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a community setting
- Full driving licence and access to your own transport is desirable
