Job Description

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Marketing Executive to support brand communications, campaigns, content creation, and audience engagement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Create content for social media, websites, newsletters, email campaigns, and digital platforms.

- Manage and update social media channels in line with the brand strategy.

- Assist with content calendars, campaign plans, marketing briefs, and reports.

- Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design, and creative production requirements.

- Support the promotion of memberships, equestrian programmes, hospitality experiences, events, and private functions.

- Assist with website updates, listings, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.

- Coordinate with membership, sales, hospitality, equestrian, events, and operations teams.

- Support marketing activations, launches, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.

- Assist with media, influencer, agency, supplier, and partner coordination.

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity and industry trends.

- Track campaign performance, social media engagement, website traffic, leads, and conversions.

- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, schedules, and performance updates.

- Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect the Royal Stables’ luxury positioning.

- Assist with managing marketing budgets, timelines, approvals, and suppliers.

- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, content, campaigns, and partnerships.

- Support public relations, press releases, media opportunities, and brand communications.

- Maintain confidentiality when handling business, member, client, and campaign information.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing activities and customer experience.

- Perform other marketing, communications, branding, and administrative duties as required.

Desired Skill & Expertise

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, events, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of social media, content creation, digital marketing, and brand communications.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Strong creative ability with excellent attention to detail.

- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, email marketing tools, Canva, and Microsoft Office.

- Basic knowledge of digital analytics, SEO, paid advertising, and campaign reporting is an advantage.

- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

- Experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, equestrian, events, or private members’ clubs is desirable.

- Professional, polished, proactive, and confident in representing a luxury brand.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of the UAE market and local cultural expectations is an advantage.

- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
