Job Description

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our brand, communications, campaigns, and audience engagement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Job Role

- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the Royal Stables’ objectives.

- Manage the brand identity, positioning, tone of voice, and marketing standards.

- Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, memberships, bookings, events, and revenue.

- Create and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters, email campaigns, and digital platforms.

- Develop marketing calendars, campaign plans, briefs, and promotional materials.

- Manage the Royal Stables’ social media presence and online community engagement.

- Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design, copywriting, and other creative requirements.

- Collaborate with membership, sales, hospitality, equestrian, events, and operations teams.

- Support the promotion of memberships, equestrian programmes, hospitality experiences, events, and private functions.

- Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, influencers, suppliers, and strategic partners.

- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, collaborations, and cross-promotional activities.

- Organise and support marketing activations, launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

- Maintain and update website content, listings, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.

- Monitor marketing performance, campaign results, website traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.

- Prepare regular marketing reports, insights, budgets, forecasts, and performance updates.

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity, trends, and customer behaviour.

- Ensure all marketing communications reflect the Royal Stables’ luxury positioning and brand standards.

- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, approvals, suppliers, and project delivery.

- Ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all customer and member touchpoints.

- Support public relations, media opportunities, press releases, and brand communications.

- Maintain confidentiality when handling business, member, client, and campaign information.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Royal Stables’ marketing strategy and customer experience.

- Perform other marketing, communications, branding, and business development duties as required.

Desired Skill & Expertise

- 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, private clubs, or a similar role.

- Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, email marketing, and brand management.

- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong creative judgement with excellent attention to detail.

- Experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, equestrian, events, or private members’ clubs is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge of digital analytics, reporting, SEO, and paid advertising is an advantage.

- Strong project management, organisational, and time-management skills.

- Commercially minded, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business results.

- Professional, polished, discreet, and confident in representing a luxury brand.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of the UAE market and local cultural expectations is highly desirable.

- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
