Support Teacher

Building Blocks Learning Center we are seeking a Support Staff to work within our growing community of educators. As a Support Staff within our organization you are responsible for the safety, education, well being, supervision and comfort of each and every student in your care. When you join our team as an Support Staff you will:

- Provide a safe and structured environment that stimulates and nurtures a young student's mind

- Implement daily schedule and lesson plans developed around our innovative curriculum

- Build positive relationships through communication with employees, students, parents and community

REQUIREMENTS

- CDA/Associates Degree (Preferred)

- Two years of related experience in childcare

- Flexible with scheduling Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:30 am to 6:00 pm

- Ability to adapt to a changing environment

- Strong classroom management skills

- Positive attitude

- Ability to obtain State Police, FBI and Child Abuse clearances

- Ability to obtain a Health Assessment with TB
