Preschool Teacher

Building Blocks Learning Center is looking for a caring, energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team!

In this role, you’ll lead a fun, engaging classroom where children grow, explore, and develop a love of learning.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead a play-based curriculum that supports learning and development

- Create a fun, inclusive classroom environment

- Track and support each child’s progress

- Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and independence

- Communicate regularly with families

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom

What We’re Looking For:

- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Required)

- Experience with preschool-aged children (Required)

- Passion, creativity, and strong communication skill

- Creativity, patience, and an ability to create engaging learning experiences.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.

- Ability to maintain classroom structure while fostering a positive and playful environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
