Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Utility Team Member to help keep our kitchen and front-of-house operations clean, organized, safe, and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in a well-maintained workplace, enjoys supporting a team, and values a predictable weekday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment following approved cleaning procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and basic food preparation as assigned.
- Stock and maintain beverage stations, condiments, and service areas.
- Remove trash, manage fryer oil disposal, and perform routine cleaning tasks.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling guidelines.
- Engage in constructive feedback practices that promote accountability, growth, and team excellence.
- Assist with food preparation and production as needed or directed.
- Maintain the entire canteen, including front- of -house areas
- Sweep and mop as needed.
- Champion a culture of cleanliness by proactively performing deep cleaning, maintaining detailed spot cleaning, and ensuring an organized work environment.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of personal and food safety standards.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Continuous standing, walking, bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more with or without reasonable accommodation.
