Your impact

Na tym stanowisku będziesz rozwijać strategiczne konta i istniejące kanały sprzedaży, zwiększać udział portfolio Xylem u kluczowych partnerów oraz prowadzić działania biznesowe w obszarze rozwiązań dla wody czystej i ścieków. Będziesz współpracować z szerokim ekosystemem interesariuszy, w tym z projektantami, użytkownikami końcowymi, wykonawcami, dystrybutorami, konsultantami i agentami.

Key responsibilities

- Zarządzanie i rozwijanie relacji ze strategicznymi klientami oraz pełnienie roli głównego punktu kontaktu dla wybranych kont.
- Identyfikowanie nowych szans biznesowych w istniejących kontach i rozwijanie sprzedaży produktów oraz usług z portfolio Xylem.
- Rozwój istniejących kanałów sprzedaży w segmencie Water Infrastructure i zwiększanie share of wallet u obecnych partnerów.
- Monitorowanie rynku, konkurencji i trendów branżowych oraz rekomendowanie działań wspierających skuteczność sprzedaży.
- Tworzenie i realizowanie planów rozwoju klientów zgodnych z celami biznesowymi organizacji.
- Zarządzanie pipeline’em kluczowych projektów w CRM oraz koordynowanie niezbędnego wsparcia dla szans sprzedażowych.
- Koordynowanie procesu wprowadzania zamówień, uzyskiwania wymaganych akceptacji oraz przestrzegania zasad zatwierdzania kontraktów zgodnie z poziomami DOA.
- Regularne raportowanie wyników w cyklu tygodniowym, miesięcznym, kwartalnym i rocznym.
- Ścisła współpraca z lokalnym zespołem zarządzającym oraz z działami technicznymi, sprzedażowymi, marketingowymi, serwisowymi i customer service.

What we are looking for

- Minimum  4 lata doświadczenia  zawodowego lub równoważne doświadczenie praktyczne; preferowane wykształcenie wyższe w obszarze  inżynierii środowiska  lub kierunku pokrewnym.
- Doświadczenie w  key account management  oraz w rozwijaniu kanałów sprzedaży.
- Znajomość portfolio produktowego jako minimalny wymóg na tym stanowisku.
- Umiejętność budowania długoterminowych relacji z klientami i skutecznego działania w środowisku B2B.
- Silne kompetencje analityczne, strategiczne myślenie i orientacja na wynik.
- Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w codziennej komunikacji biznesowej.
- Dobra organizacja pracy, umiejętność prowadzenia wielu tematów jednocześnie i współpracy międzyfunkcyjnej.
- Prawo jazdy kat. B.

We are currently looking for a  Key Account Manager Poland  to join our team and drive the growth of strategic customers, strengthen our position in the  Water Infrastructure  segment, and identify new business opportunities across the Polish market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a complex B2B environment, knows how to build long-term relationships, and can combine strategic thinking with strong execution.

Your impact

In this role, you will develop strategic accounts and existing sales channels, expand Xylem’s share of wallet within key partners, and lead business development activities across clean water and wastewater applications. You will work with a broad ecosystem of stakeholders, including designers, end-users, contractors, distributors, consultants, and agents.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with strategic customers, acting as the main point of contact for selected accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and promote additional Xylem products and services.
- Develop existing sales channels in the Water Infrastructure segment and increase portfolio penetration with current partners.
- Monitor market activity, competitor moves, and industry trends, and recommend actions to improve sales effectiveness.
- Build and execute account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage major project pipeline activities in CRM and define the support needed to move opportunities forward.
- Coordinate order introduction processes, approvals, and contract approval follow-up in line with DOA requirements.
- Report performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Collaborate closely with the local management team and with technical, sales, marketing, service, and customer service teams.

What we are looking for

- At least  4 years of professional experience  or equivalent relevant practical experience; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in  environmental engineering  or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in  key account management  and  channel development .
- Portfolio knowledge as a minimum requirement for the role.
- Strong ability to build long-term customer relationships and operate effectively in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and a results-driven approach.
- Good command of English for day-to-day business communication.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Category B driving license.
