Caregiver – Non-Medical In-Home Care | Nala Care
Location: Fremont, Nebraska & Surrounding Areas
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Our caregivers provide non-medical in-home care that helps seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Companionship and supervision
- Medication reminders
- Transportation and errands when assigned
- Follow individual client care plans
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and Nala Care staff
- Accurately document services provided
- Communicate scheduling and client-related information through AxisCare

Requirements
- Must be dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time
- Must successfully complete all required background screenings
- Must provide or complete required First Aid, CPR, and Abuse & Neglect training before being placed on the schedule
- Reliable transportation is strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required for positions involving client transportation
- Ability to safely assist clients with personal care and mobility needs
- Professional, respectful, and compassionate attitude
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required for all positions
