We are looking for Manager, Casting. The Manager, Casting owns the full scope of people leadership for their team — recruitment, retention, development, and day-to-day performance. This role carries independent operational accountability, direct ownership of hiring decisions, and responsibility for building a team that consistently delivers for clients. The Manager is an active part of a unified leadership team across all Central Casting offices, sharing staff, resources, and accountability for outcomes across regions.
