About this role
The Account Executive works directly with EP customers to learn, understand, and uncover client goals and pain points while establishing how the EP product and service line can help solve their needs. Duties include regularly meeting sales quotas, team goals, and other forms of client expectations. The Account Executive will be able to uncover opportunities for new business as well as maintain client satisfaction levels in purchased services/products to help EP meet it’s sales targets. This individual is a key team member in helping support the sales process through to the project setup ensuring a successful hand off to other internal EP support teams. The Account Executive should be able to articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of all EP products and services developing client relationships in repeat customers.
