Guest Service Ambassador - Per Diem

Beloit Health System is looking to add a Per Diem Guest Service Ambassador to our NorthPointe EVS Team!

The GSA is responsible for ensuring that guests (patients, members, and clients) of NorthPointe Health and Wellness experience a delightful first impression in terms of greeting, way finding assistance, environmental safely, and cleanliness. NorthPointe Health and Wellness Guest Services Ambassadors will play a fundamental role in establishing and sustaining guest loyalty.

- Maintains the Northpointe Health and Wellness facility in a sanitary and attractive condition.

- Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.

- Clean and sanitize fitness equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, showers, treatment rooms, and common areas. Has a complete knowledge of the facility, staff, services and hours of operation.

- Represents NorthPointe to guests, members and the community in a positive, supportive manner.

- Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.

- Replenish supplies including towels, toiletries, disinfecting wipes, paper products, and guest amenities.

- Collect and properly dispose of trash and recycling.

- Maintain cleanliness of spa relaxation areas, reception spaces, studios, and employee areas.

- Launder, fold, and organize towels, robes, and linens as needed.

- Ensure locker rooms and shower areas remain clean, sanitary, and fully stocked.

- Follow established cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.

- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.

- Experience in environmental maintenance is desired.

- CPR certification within 90 days of hire Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple demands and to problem solve.

- Ability to maintain high standards of cle anliness and organization.

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

- Dependable attendance and punctuality.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
