About the Role:

What your mission with us will encompass:

- Execute day-to-day collection processes with precision.

- Engage in outbound e-mails to customers, skillfully negotiate, and successfully collect unpaid debts.

- Conduct overdue reporting and analyze financial data for insightful decision-making.

- Maintain credit limits and handle new credit requests efficiently.

- Oversee activities related to the factoring process.

- Perform balance sheet analysis and evaluate risks.

- Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of Credit Risk and Collections processes.

About You:

Something that will help you to excel in this role:

- A Bachelor’s degree or be a final year student on the path to success.

- Fluent English skills (not less than B2 spoken and written).

- Effective communication skills to navigate discussions with finesse.

- A detail-oriented and proactive personality.

- Practical knowledge and experience of Excel. Experience with Power BI - an advantage.

- While not mandatory, experience in credit control/financial services would be a definite plus.

Practical information:

- Location: Vilnius

- Gross salary range: 1900 - 2400 eur. , depending on skills and experience

- Preferred start date: ASAP.
