In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT professionals, to design and implement effective solutions
- Participate in the release management process, ensuring smooth deployment and minimizing disruptions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the development, testing, and implementation of new systems and applications
- Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
- Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and policies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's technology infrastructure

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, with a strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies
- Proficient in analyzing and documenting business requirements, processes, and systems
- Hands-on experience in release management, including planning, coordinating, and executing software deployments
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with financial services industry and banking operations is preferred
