In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

- Support Business As Usual (BAU) activities, managing system and application changes efficiently.
- Support application projects and drive system End-of-Support (EOS) and re-platforming initiatives.
- Design robust system platform architectures across Linux, Windows, and Middleware environments.
- Execute ISCD hardening across all systems to ensure a secure operating environment.
- Manage and maintain security patching for Linux, Windows, and Middleware platforms.
- Oversee the maintenance, management, and optimization of application tools.
- Design and implement automation scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Analyze, resolve, and implement solutions for Network Vulnerability Assessment (NVA) findings.
- Ensure all technology operations and deliverables strictly align with the bank's policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), system administration, or infrastructure operations.
- Proven expertise in system platform architecture design across Linux, Windows, and Middleware.
- Hands-on experience with system hardening standards (ISCD) and security patch management.
- Strong proficiency in automation script design using scripting tools and languages.
- Experience in managing application tools and supporting system EOS/re-platforming projects.
- Familiarity with identifying, fixing, and resolving Network Vulnerability Assessment (NVA) issues.
- Ability to support BAU changes and application projects in a high-availability financial environment.
- Deep understanding of technology risk management and compliance with banking policies.
