- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Coach and mentor employees to support professional growth and career development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with department managers to align training objectives with business goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and customer service.
