What You’ll Do ● Shape and elevate scripts into structurally tight episodic narratives. ● Design strong hooks and decisive cliffhangers. ● Build sustained dramatic escalation without emotional drop. ● Craft satisfying payoffs across the larger story arc. ● Create and identify visually impactful, thumb-stopping moments at script stage. ● Deliver consistently in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
What You Bring ● 4–8 years in writing or scripted content development. ● Strong structural storytelling ability. ● Mastery of episodic pacing and dramatic construction. ● Instinct for emotional conflict and status reversals. ● Comfort evaluating your work using engagement data (retention, drop-offs). ● Clear ownership mindset.
