About the Team

The opportunity

This is a business-building leadership role at the intersection of strategy,   technology   and people. You will help shape the next chapter of our Workforce Transformation business, develop trusted relationships with senior clients, create distinctive   propositions   and lead complex transformation   programmes   from strategic ambition through implementation,   adoption   and sustained outcomes.

You will work across workforce redesign, skills,   organisation   and talent, culture and change, HR transformation and technology, people analytics and AI workforce effectiveness. Just as importantly, you will connect these disciplines to clients’ wider business, operating   model   and technology transformations.

We are building a consulting model that combines the strategic insight of an adviser, the execution discipline of an   implementer   and the accountability of a long-term transformation partner. If you want to build a market, lead exceptional people and take ownership of outcomes that   matter,   this role offers the platform to do so.

About Workforce Transformation

Our Workforce Transformation team helps clients reinvent how work gets done, how   organisations   operate   and how people contribute to business value. We work with business leaders, boards, Chief Human Resources   Officers   and transformation executives to address questions such as:

- How should work, roles and   organisations   change in an AI-enabled enterprise?

- What skills and capabilities will the business need to execute its strategy?

- How can   organisations   deliver the full value of technology and business transformation?

- How should the HR function evolve to support a changing enterprise?

- How can leaders create the culture,   behaviours   and employee experience   required   for transformation?

- How can workforce investments be connected more directly to productivity,   performance   and business outcomes?

Our capabilities span workforce redesign, skills,   organisation   and talent, culture, leadership and change, HR transformation and technology, people analytics and AI workforce effectiveness.

Why this role, why now?

PwC   South East   Asia Consulting is strengthening its position as an end-to-end transformation partner for the region’s leading   organisations . Our ambition is to advise with strategic insight,   deliver with   discipline and embed change so that clients   realise   sustainable outcomes.
