Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Participating in process design, set up, implementation, and maintenance.
- Establishing process workbooks and set-up documentation; optimizing workflow and lead times by organization of work and machine set-ups.
- Reviewing existing processes and equipment, recommending and managing process improvement projects.
- Promoting and monitoring process use and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with relevant agencies and adherence to policies, practices and standards.
- Overseeing New product product ionisation activities from conceptualization to execution
- Capacity planning & Productivity Improvement by executing capacity ramp up plan considering the equipment, machines, tooling’s, jigs & fixture.
- Sustenance budget planning & execution
- Product ionisation of changes in existing products including CRE
- Capex / Revenue budget execution. Monitor & review as per Business targets
- Process Enhancement / Improvement by deploying Best in class process technology to improve, Optimize & Sustain PQCDS

- Project Expansion ,
- Capex , Process Improvement ,
- Process - Control VALVE – (Grinding , Honing , Casting machining) Process knowledge.
- Manufacturing process, Process /Facility planning & execution.
