🚨 WE ARE HIRING | Junior Parent Support Executive

📍 Location: Hyderabad | Hybrid | Remote 💼 Experience: 0–2 Years 💰 CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA 🗓️ Working Days: Monday–Saturday 💻 Laptop: Personal laptop is mandatory
What you’ll do:
- Handle parent & student queries through calls, WhatsApp & email
- Support student onboarding and parent engagement
- Manage fee follow-ups & renewals
- Coordinate with Academic, Sales, Finance & Operations teams
- Track student kits and deliveries
- Support basic sales/renewal opportunities
- Maintain CRM and follow-up records
Must Have: ✅ Excellent English + Hindi communication ✅ Personal laptop is mandatory ✅ Good calling, follow-up & coordination skills ✅ Customer/parent support mindset ✅ 0.6–2 years experience in Customer Support, EdTech, Education,
