As we scale, we are strengthening our commercial team. The Pre-Sales SDR plays a critical role in ensuring that every inquiry is handled professionally, personally, and efficiently.
## Role Purpose
The Pre-Sales SDR is the first commercial touchpoint for potential guests and partners. Your mission is to qualify inbound leads, understand guest needs, and ensure high-quality handover to Sales . You are not closing deals — you are creating momentum, trust, and clarity. This role is ideal for someone who is structured, people-oriented, and energized by communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
### Lead Qualification & Pre-Sales
· Respond promptly to inbound inquiries (email, website forms, HubSpot CRM) · Ability to work in U.S. & European time zones, to support customer calls and communication across North America & Europed · Qualify leads based on travel intent, budget, timeline, and group profile · Identify whether inquiries fit our products: FIT, groups, families, corporate, schools · Ask the right questions to clarify expectations before handover

### CRM & Data Quality (HubSpot)
· Maintain clean, accurate, and complete CRM records · Tag, segment, and prioritize leads correctly · Ensure all conversations and notes are logged · Filling all the necessary properties in HubSpot CRM.

### Internal Collaboration
· Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams · Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads · Flag special requirements, risks, or upsell opportunities

· Represent the Outdoor Norway brand with warmth, professionalism, and clarity · Communicate our values: safety, sustainability, and authenticity · Ensure every guest feels heard, understood, and excited
## Success Metrics (KPIs)
· Lead response time (SLA compliance) · Lead qualification accuracy · Conversion from inquiry → qualified lead · CRM data completeness · Internal feedback from Sales & Operations
## Qualifications & Experience
Required: - Experience in sales support, pre-sales, customer service, or hospitality - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Comfortable working in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) - High attention to detail and structured work style Preferred: - Background in travel, tourism, or experience-based services - Additional languages (Norwegian, German, French, Spanish) - Experience handling international guests
