Project Management - Intern

### The Big Picture
As an Intern - Project Management , you will work closely with the project management team and get hands-on exposure to project coordination, tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication. This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how projects move from planning to delivery in a fast-paced, global work environment.
### What you can expect as an Intern - Project Management:

- Assist the project management team with day-to-day project coordination and follow-ups .
- Support teams in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables .
- Help maintain project trackers, reports, schedules, and documentation .
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect project updates and status information .
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project-related data and records .
- Support the team in identifying delays, gaps, or pending actions and bringing them to the attention of the relevant team members.
- Help prepare basic project status updates and reports .
- Assist in reviewing project information and documentation for completeness and accuracy .
- Get exposure to project management practices, team coordination, and delivery workflows .
- Learn how projects are managed in a global, cross-functional environment .

Essential Qualifications include:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Energy, or related fields preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills .
- Good verbal and written communication skills .
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and documentation.
- Ability to follow up, coordinate, and keep track of multiple tasks .
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment .
- Must be open to night shifts to support global client engagement.

Great to have:

- Internship or academic project experience involving project coordination, engineering, operations, or team-based projects .
- Basic understanding of project management concepts .
- Familiarity with Excel, project tracking tools, or reporting .
- Exposure to AutoCAD or other engineering/design tools .
- Interest in engineering, technology, or sustainable solutions
