About this role

Ziyana Group has an exciting opportunity for a reliable, people-focused administrator ready to grow their career in Learning & Development. As our L&D Administrator, you'll provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to our Project Consultant and wider L&D team maintaining accurate learner and project records, supporting LMS (Ziyana Academy) administration, coordinating training logistics, and keeping project documentation organised, complete and audit-ready. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone with a solid grounding in general office administration who's looking to apply and build on that experience within the Learning & Development and skills development space.

- Basic LMS and data management exposure.

Minimum Requirements

- A certificate or diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, Public
Administration, Project Management, or a related field (essential).
- 0–1 year’s relevant experience in an administrative, office support, data capturing or
document control role required.
- Demonstrable exposure to general administrative processes filing systems, recordkeeping, scheduling and document management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to any LMS or
database system advantageous.
- Prior exposure to a project, training or Learning & Development environment is an
advantage but not essential.
