What you’ll do

As an Injection Moulding Operator , you play a key role in ensuring a stable production process and consistent product quality. You will work in a modern, high-tech manufacturing environment where precision and teamwork are essential.

*We are currently looking for operators for the evening shift (15:00-00:00).

Your responsibilities include:

- Operating and maintaining injection moulding machines and related equipment
- Executing production, inspection, packing, and machine operation activities based on digital work instructions
- Supporting production start-ups and assisting with product and tool changeovers
- Monitoring process performance and product quality, performing checks, and registering results
- Logging activities and reporting deviations or abnormalities
- Working in accordance with AME’s safety standards and workmanship guidelines
- Performing basic daily and weekly maintenance tasks
- Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and well-organized

Requirements

- MBO-level education (technical background preferred)
- Affinity with technology and a willingness to learn
- Good command of English
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- A hands-on, proactive mindset
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail
- Team-oriented attitude
