Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions within the Infor XA environment.
- Participate in requirement gathering and solution design discussions.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain AS400-based applications using RPG, CL, DB2, and SQL.
- Design and support integrations using Infor XA IDF and System Link.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and project teams.
- Handle production support activities, including debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving job failures (MSGW).
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint activities.
- Use JIRA for task tracking and project coordination.
- Adhere to SDLC processes, coding standards, and documentation requirements.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
