About this role
Desired Traits:
- Deep understanding of the Hypixel server including its features and minigames
- Deep understanding of Hypixel SkyBlock and its various mechanics
- Good understanding of Minecraft and the various mechanics in relation to our minigames
- Previous experience handling player support requests or bug reports is a bonus
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve team and network related goals
Responsibilities:
- Handle bug reports submitted by players
- Work on continuously organizing and updating bugs within our internal tracking systems
- Participate in regular testing sessions to thoroughly test our game systems in order to ensure the quality of gameplay
