We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Customer Success Consultant with strong rental experience . The ideal candidate will be passionate about property management and software solutions, and eager to help our clients succeed by understanding and using our tools effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build deep knowledge of WeconnectU’s product offerings to support and guide clients effectively
- Deliver product training and support to clients tailored to their unique business needs
- Promote software adoption by helping clients explore and apply solution capabilities
- Provide expert advice based on rental industry knowledge and software best practices
- Handle and interpret large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high-quality communication with clients via phone, email, and virtual sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify client needs and product improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Strong rental property management experience
- Sound understanding of rental legislation and basic accounting principles (beneficial)
- Proven technical aptitude to learn and explain software functionalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Ability to train and educate clients effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Self-driven, able to manage time and priorities independently
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to change Passion for staying current with technology trends and industry developments
