As a Recruitment Advisor , you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring the talent that delivers some of Australia's largest and most exciting projects. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, you'll provide expert recruitment support, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help create a positive candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.

Based in Henderson, WA , this full-time opportunity offers exposure to a diverse range of roles across the Defence, Resources, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. The Role

- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre talent across a variety of disciplines.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce requirements.

- Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

- Partner with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders, providing market insights and recruitment advice.

- Ensure recruitment activities are compliant with internal processes, policies, and governance requirements.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

- Possess experience with applicant tracking software and management of the recruitment and onboarding life cycle

- Demonstrated previous experience with high volume white collar or blue-collar recruitment within similar construction or mining and resources industries

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels

- Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude and high attention to detail

- Industry exposure or knowledge is beneficial
