Project Description

The specialist will join a newly established team supporting the company’s transition to an automation-first and AI-first operating model. The role focuses on delivering scalable and secure automation solutions across enterprise business functions while maintaining a high degree of technical ownership and independence.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, deploy, and enhance automation solutions supporting business processes across finance, operations, IT, and other enterprise functions;

- Work independently with minimal functional requirements, defining automation approaches, system integrations, and technical solutions for both custom-built and commercial enterprise systems;

- Evaluate automation platforms and select the most appropriate tools for each use case;

- Design and develop intelligent process automations and workflows using low-code/no-code platforms such as Alteryx, Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate, and Workiva;

- Build and maintain system integrations using APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft;

- Design and work with relational and NoSQL databases, including Azure SQL, to support automation logic, data persistence, and reporting;

- Apply system architecture principles to ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards;

- Apply master data management principles to maintain data consistency and integrity across automated processes;

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve business efficiency;

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed automations to ensure reliability and performance;

- Document automation designs, data flows, and integration patterns to support long-term maintainability;

Job Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in automation engineering, system integration, or a related technical role;

- Strong hands-on experience with automation and integration tools such as UiPath, MuleSoft, Zapier Enterprise, or similar platforms;

- Experience designing and consuming APIs for system integration;

- Practical scripting experience;

- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including experience with Azure SQL or an equivalent platform;

- Strong system architecture skills and experience designing end-to-end automation solutions;

- Understanding of master data management principles and enterprise data consistency;

- Understanding of product management principles, including prioritization and requirements documentation;

- Experience supporting multiple business functions within enterprise environments;

- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment;

- Readiness to maintain at least four hours of daily overlap with EST;
