## Our Team, Your Impact

Lead and shape the medical strategy for assigned OTC products, food supplements, and therapeutic areas by providing strategic scientific leadership and ensuring medical excellence throughout the product lifecycle. Serve as a trusted scientific partner to senior stakeholders, integrating medical insights into portfolio decisions and business priorities while ensuring that all scientific communications are evidence-based, compliant, and aligned with company objectives.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

- Lead the medical strategy for assigned OTC products, food supplements, and therapeutic areas in alignment with business priorities.
- Provide scientific leadership and expert medical guidance across the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and interpret emerging medical trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Conduct medical evaluations and due diligence for existing and future portfolio opportunities.
- Oversee the scientific substantiation, review, and approval of product claims and externally facing medical content.
- Provide medical leadership in the development and approval of promotional, non-promotional, educational, digital, and social media materials.
- Partner with OTC Commercial Hub team
- Lead Global Medical Strategy team of OTC in collaboration with other regions and large country medical teams.
- Support geographic expansion of global OTC strategy to other regions via partnering with regional and country teams
- Partner closely with Regulatory Affairs to address scientific and medical considerations supporting business objectives.
- Represent Medical Affairs within cross-functional teams and contribute to portfolio and therapeutic area strategies.
- Build effective partnerships across global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure aligned execution of integrated strategies.
- Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives and mentor colleagues to foster medical excellence and capability building.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as required.

Your Skills and Experience

- Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline; MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred.
- Significant experience in Medical Affairs and/or the pharmaceutical industry, including OTC and/or food supplements.
- Experience working within global and matrix organisations.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory framework governing OTC products and scientific communications.
- Proven ability to translate scientific evidence into strategic business recommendations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English
