We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) for our client, a 4-star hotel, to strengthen the service team for the upcoming winter season in Kühtai, Tyrol.

Main Responsibilities:

- Leading, motivating, and supporting the service team
- Actively participating in the daily restaurant service
- Ensuring smooth and efficient service operations
- Taking care of guests and creating a high-quality guest experience
- Working closely with the kitchen and reception teams
- Coordinating the team, including in stressful situations
- Ensuring high service and quality standards
- Actively contributing to and further developing the restaurant and service concept

Your Profile:

- Professional experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
- You are a passionate host who genuinely enjoys taking care of guests with enthusiasm and dedication.
- You remain calm and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
- You enjoy motivating and leading your team.
- You create memorable experiences for our guests and work closely with the kitchen and reception teams.
- Honesty, loyalty, punctuality, and reliability
- Fluent German and/or English
