Ecommerce Team Lead position
Key requirements:
- Team Leadership: 4+ years of experience managing 10–15+ associates in a target-driven operations environment.
- Domain Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with catalog management, product listings, taxonomy, and platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon.
- Data & RCA: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with direct experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and operational reporting.
- Client Management: Confident verbal and written communication for client calls and escalation handling.
- SEO & Marketplace management: Candidate must know about complete SEO and Marketplace operations to understand the client needs.
- Catalogue and Inventory Management: Important to know about Catalogue and Inventory to support team mates on the required work.
- Business ethics: Candidate must know business ethics as they are handling client directly and understanding the work.
