Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key responsibilities

- Able to Conduct PPAP audit at supplier end for the electrical and electronics commodity.

- Assessing the supplier and providing necessary approval.

- Tracking of part development and FTG at supplier end as per project timeline.

- Technical review with supplier along with Engineering team for TSO (Tech. sign off)

- Product validation through FTR, Production trial Run (PTR) & JPTR.

- To Manage the supply chain until the part is handed over to SQA.

- Understanding of Engineering drawing, DVP and testing aspects.

- Able to drive the development internally and externally.

- Able to generate Quality view of the products.

- To define process requirements – First time right with supplier.

- To identity the correct supplier base – Assessment of Supplier.

- To Perform technical sign off, FTG sign off, DFM sign off with supplier and internal stakeholders.

- To Co-ordinate with ARAI auditors during PLI, FAME audits along with Homologation team at Supplier place.

- To involve in generating VAVE/ IMCR ideas for cost reduction.

Experience

4-7 years of experience in Supplier technical assistance roles

Industry Preferred

OEM, Auto components,Teir 1 suppliers

Qualifications

B. tech

General Requirements

Knowledge requirement

- Thorough knowledge of EMS & Automotive industry.

- Through knowledge on APQP & PPAP requirements.

- Knowledge on IATF standards and Electric vehicle standards.

- Thorough knowledge on Capacity Ramp up plan.

- Thorough knowledge on electrical parts, Viz. DC-DC, BMS, Charger, MCU, Battery, Clusters, wiring harness, Switches, Lightings and motors.

- Knowledge of Control Plan, PFMEA, DVP & FTG development.

- Knowledge on problem solving techniques like 8D, QC tools, CAPA.

- SAP knowledge on Quality management systems.
