Citrix Platform Engineer

Join a global infrastructure team responsible for delivering secure remote access and virtual desktop services for a large enterprise environment.

Working with colleagues across multiple regions, you'll support and enhance Citrix technologies while contributing to automation, platform improvements, and cloud adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Support and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Citrix ADC environments

- Troubleshoot remote access, connectivity, and application delivery issues

- Assist with platform upgrades, security enhancements, and change activities

- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other tools

- Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis

- Work closely with global engineering and operations teams

- Participate in disaster recovery exercises and on-call support

Required Skills

- Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops

- Strong knowledge of Citrix ADC / NetScaler technologies

- Windows Server administration experience

- PowerShell scripting skills

- Understanding of authentication, MFA, and secure remote access technologies

- Experience troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure environments

- Strong English communication skills
