Senior IT Project Manager

Role Summary

We are an international IT services company specializing in custom software development, delivering both turn-key projects and secondment-based services to clients worldwide . As a growing scale-up, we value ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology projects across our portfolio. In this role, you will own end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring scope clarity, predictable delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and high‑quality outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping project delivery standards and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

What you will do:

- Lead full project lifecycle from scoping and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
- Manage and oversee technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
- Drive effective project governance, including risk management, change control, and issue escalation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, QA, design) and external stakeholders to align expectations and maintain project transparency.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, financial forecasts, and progress reports.
- Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings as needed.
- Support the evolution of Sourceful’s project management processes, tools, and best practices.

What you will bring:

- Proven experience managing IT projects, ideally in a software‑or technology‑driven environment.

- Demonstrated track record leading IT projects, with strong financial acumen and scope management skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile project methodology
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to anticipate risks, solve problems quickly, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice‑to‑Have:

- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.).
- Experience working in a consultancy or multi‑client delivery environment.
- Experience using AI-tools to support with daily workload
